Julia was born in britain and moved to Russia, her father's home land, when she was four. She was raised to be a follower of the dark lord like her whole family. When she got to russia her father got her the best of the best to train her in all of the martial art's, sword fighting, gun handling and some dark magic, seeing as her father had bought her a wand when she was born, she was in strict training every day until she was 11. When Julia was eleven she started her attendance at Drumstang Institute of magic, there she learned the dark arts and became very good at them. Julia graduated from Drumstrang and went straight back into training, this time concentrating on Occulamncy, legilemancy, Patronus casting, Animagus Transformation and Katana fighting. When she was 20 she started working undercover in the Russian ministry, more specifically in the Department of Secrecy.

Julia moved to london again and joined the death eaters. She helped him pursue his bidding and not long ago she was promoted to Agent of Death.
